No, and Mayor peter Kelly doesn't want to help, as he has been approached many times by many people to provide more bike lanes and bikes, like the Mayor of London England.
Maybe its time for New LEADERSHIP.

Yes I think Peterborough does a good job. There are many trails, old railway lines, bike lanes and connections to the trans canada trail but theres always room for improvement traffic seems to be worse not better
