Tanker Traffic Pushes Marine Birds Aside
Latest on Northern Gateway
It's a veritable invasion - more than 200 tankers would
pass through pristine marine habitat every year if Northern Gateway is
given the go ahead. Millions of marine birds, many of which do not
respond well to being pushed away from their feeding grounds, would be
threatened by increased tanker traffic.

The Rusty Blackbird Needs Our Help
Threatened by a proposed wind energy project, the Rusty Blackbird and

protect wildlife and habitat in Ostrander Point, Ontario, we have

such a proposed project.

Canada's executive director, sends an update from Washington
D.C., where he meets with international conservation leaders to map
out a path to conserve and restore habitat for migratory birds like
